1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the oksgames platform available at oksgames.vip ("Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, "Agreement"). If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the oksgames Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the oksgames Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of oksgames or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of such a person.

oksgames reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the oksgames Platform, you must create a user account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any changes occur.
• You will not register more than one account on the oksgames Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be merged or closed, and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You are the sole and authorised user of your oksgames account and will not share your login credentials with any third party.

oksgames implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. As part of this process, oksgames may request copies of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine national ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. oksgames accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT, subject to minimum and maximum deposit limits as published on the Platform. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. oksgames does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. oksgames targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the Platform, which may vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within minutes of approval, while bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days.

4.3 Verification Hold. oksgames may place a verification hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. This hold will be lifted as soon as the required documentation is reviewed and accepted by our compliance team.

4.4 Currency. Unless otherwise specified, all transactions on the oksgames Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Exchange rate fluctuations applicable to USDT transactions are the sole responsibility of the User.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

oksgames offers promotional bonuses to eligible Users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. The following general bonus terms apply to all oksgames promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts and are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period for each promotion are published on the corresponding promotion page.
• Real-money funds deposited in your oksgames account are used for wagering before bonus funds, unless oksgames specifies otherwise.

6. Gameplay Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any Platform feature.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing oksgames staff, third-party operators, or other Users.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Responsible Gaming

oksgames is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides a suite of player protection tools accessible through your oksgames account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary self-exclusion), and permanent self-exclusion. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, oksgames and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the oksgames Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

oksgames' total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the oksgames Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments

oksgames reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the oksgames Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through oksgames' internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Users agree to submit complaints in writing to [email protected] and allow oksgames a period of thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and respond.
